To order please call, fax or email us or use our online catalogue for online ordering. In case you are interested in large quantities or products in bulk please send us your inquiry and we will send you our offer.
Each time we send our customers a Confirmation of Purchase Order as an acknowledgement of the order.

Delivery information
Products on stock are normally shipped in 3-5 working days from the date of order. Products manufactured upon order ( not from stock) will be delivered on the day indicated on our Confirmation of Purchase Order. Generally our orders with a value exceeding EUR 1000 are shipped on CIP basis (Cost and Insurance Paid to), Incoterms 2000. For orders below EUR 1000 prices are quoted based on FCA Budapest (Free Carrier Budapest), Incoterms 2000.

Our products are for professional use only and REANAL will not be liable for any careless, inappropriate or contingent damages or whatsoever of any kind.
All claims must be received in writing within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The warranty applies only to products, which have not been misused or damaged by accident or negligence.
Products can not be returned without our consent.
