Short History

1905: Galenus Factory, the first legal predecessor was founded

1933: Renamed to Hungarian Pharma Co., the subsidiary of Bayer AG (manufacture of Aspirin, Salvarsan etc.)
1945: Overtaken by Soviets  as war damage compensation
1955: Independent again, Zugló Chemical Factory
1957: State owned factory, named Reanal since then. Started the production of fine and specialty chemicals
1992-1995: Privatization, formation of a new corporation introduction of quality management (QM) system
1996: Certification of QM system according to ISO 9001:1994
